Computing (NPC 2008) is to establish an international forum for
researchers and practitioners to present their excellent ideas and
experiences in all system fields of network and parallel computing.
The conference proceedings of NPC 2008 will be published in English by
LNCS, and extended versions of some selected papers will be published
in a special issue of international journals. The IFIP International
Conference on Network and Parallel Computing 2008 (IFIP NPC2008) will
be held in Shanghai, noted for its intriguing, unique blend of Chinese
and Western cultures. This most dynamic city is also reputed as the
"International Fair of World Architecture" and the "Gourmet's
Paradise." Shanghai is one of China's main travel hubs and can be
easily reached from virtually anywhere.
