Topics of interest to JIT include but not limited to:
*Broadband Networks. *Electronic service systems (Internet, Intranet, Extranet, E-Commerce, E-Business). *Network Management. * Network Operating System (NOS). *Intelligent systems engineering. *Government or Staff Jobs Computerization. * National Information Policy. *Multimedia systems. *Network Behavior Modeling. * Wireless/Satellite Communications. * Digital Library. * Distance Learning. * EDI. * Internet/WWW Applications. * Telecommunication Networks. * Security in Networks and Systems. *IPv6 related topics are especially welcome!
Papers
We seek papers that improve on the best academic research or the best practical applications. Submitted papers should be motivated by the problems they address with compelling examples from real or potential applications. All manuscripts will be refereed and peer reviewed. The final decision of publication will be taken by the Executive Editor.
Special Issues
Proposals for special issues on a specific Application Domain of Internet Technology, especially on emerging and practical topics, are also welcome. You may propose to us an area related to JIT in which we expect you will act as the "Guest Editor" under, of course, the general operating rules of JIT. JIT is now included in EI Compendex and pending for SCIE. Please email your papers or proposals directly to the Executive Editor for reviewing or approval.
