1. This is a Call for Paper for CCIS Post-proceedings published by Springer (DBLP and EI).
2. Paper submission for IEEE CS Pre-proceedings was closed and review process is going on well.
FGCN 2008 Multi-conference (in conjunction with 3 International Conferences), provides a chance for academic and industry professionals to discuss recent progress in the area of Communication and Networking including modeling, simulation and novel applications associated with the utilization and acceptance of computing devices and systems.

1. Paper submission for IEEE CS was closed on August 20, 2008
2. Paper review results for IEEE CS will be noticed on September 25, 2008
Submission and Publications

All papers submitted between August 25 and October 20 will be carefully reviewed by at least 3 members of the International Program Committee and external Reviewers.
Please submit 6 pages or more papers (LNCS format, http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-7-72376-0) by visiting http://submission.sersc.org/FGCNPostProceedings2008/
Accepted and presented papers, after revision, will be included in the CCIS Post-proceedings Published by Springer (indexed by DBLP, EI and others).
You can find the CCIS information (Communications in Computer and Information Science) from www.springer.com/series/7899. As you can see at the home page of LNCS (http://www.springer.com/series/558), CCIS will have same indexes with LNCS series.
