This workshop covers the area of wireless ad hoc, mesh and sensor
networks. This workshop intends to bring together researchers,
engineers, and students to present new results, describe work in
progress, and explore relationships among their diverse approaches.
The topics of the workshop cover, but not limited to, the following:

* Location and handoff management for cellular networks
* Mobility and resource management schemes for 3G and beyond 3G systems
* Mobility management for wireless LAN, MAN, WAN, mesh networks
* Mobility management for mobile ad hoc and sensor networks
* Mobile IP and SIP mobility
* Mobility modeling
* Channels and resource allocation
* Radio resource management and scheduling
* Energy and power management
* Mobile QoS management
* Multimedia QoS and traffic management
* Call admission control and congestion control
* Medium access control (MAC) protocols
* Link adaptation
* Wireless switching and routing techniques
* Cross-layer design for wireless networks
* Security and privacy Issues in mobility management
* Mobility and resource aware applications
* Performance analysis and modeling, simulation

Submission
Papers must represent high quality and previously unpublished work,
not currently under review by another conference, workshop, or journal.
Your submission should include the author names, complete mailing
addresses, telephone and fax numbers, and the email addresses of the
authors. Interested authors should email a 6-page summary of their
original and unpublished work including 5 keywords in the IEEE format
through https://www.softconf.com/s08/itng2009/submit.html. You can
also email your paper to track chair and co-chair with the subject
line set as "ITNG 2009".

Evaluation Process
Papers will be evaluated for originality, significance, clarity, and
soundness. Per ITNG policy, except for invited papers, all papers
will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. Accepted
papers will be included in the conference proceedings published by
the IEEE Computer Society and available on the IEEE digital library.
The conference proceedings are indexed and retrievable by EI and ISTP.
