You are hereby invited to submit papers to CNSR 2009 before the submission deadline, December 19, 2008.
The CNSR 2009 is sponsored in cooperation with the IEEE Communications Society and the Association of Computing Machinery. The proceedings of CNSR2009 will be archived through the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
