Extented Deadline: December 29th, 2008.
The program for the 2009 IEEE International Communications Quality and
Reliability (CQR) Workshop follows the structure of previous years;
three themed days outlined below but with a difference. The themed
sessions will occupy the morning of each workshop day. Afternoon
sessions will consist of a choice of two parallel streams. Firstly,
there will be a Technical Program of presentations with an academic

year, there will be facilitated panel discussions drawing from the
experience of recognized industry practitioners and leaders.
The IEEE International CQR Workshop is held annually with the purpose of
bringing together industry and academic experts to present and discuss
communications quality, reliability and security issues as they relate
to real world issues. The output from the workshops adds to the
community's body of knowledge and serves to inform, help form opinion,
and to assist in the development of best practice and relevant
standards. For more information, please visit: http://www.ieee-cqr.org/
