2009 SBMO/IEEE MTT-S International Microwave and Optoelectronics
Conference (IMOC 2009) will be held for the second time in the Northern
Region of Brazil in the city of Belém state of Pará on 3rd - 6th November
2009. The conference is a traditional biannual event promoted by the
Brazilian Microwave and Optoelectronics Society (SBMO) since 1985.
SBMO is an institution devoted to research and spread knowledges in
the field of the microwaves and optoelectronics.

CONFERENCE AIM

The main purpose of the Conference is to promote the meeting of engineers,
technical and researches on the microwave and optoelectronic's field and
other related areas, seeking for the disclosure of scientific and
technological
studies, spread of science and technology and training and update of human
resources. Besides, it's a unique opportunity, at national and international
level,
of technical, scientific and even commercial contacts.

SUBMISSION

Authors are asked to submit their camera-ready papers,
in IEEE double column format. A template with the required
format is available in the IEEE homepage.

An international board will review the papers.

English is the official language of the Conference.
