[Tccc] 4 Colombian Computing Congress: Early Registration March 16

The Fourth Computer Colombian Congress-4CCC is going to take place from
April 23th to 25th of 2009 at the Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga in
association with the Universidad Industrial de Santander and UNIRED.

It is important to mention that the call for papers was a big success (More
than 200 research articles were received from countries like Spain, Mexico,
Argentina, Paraguay, Brazil, Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela and Colombia.

That is the main reason we want you to be part of this important congress
sending this information out to the people you consider would like to assist
it.

On behave of the 4CCC committee we would like to invite you as an assistant
so you will witness the latest academic, research and technology development
