[Tccc] ICICS09 call for papers

The International Conference on Information and Communication Systems
(ICICS09) is a

forum for scientists, engineers, and practitioners to present their latest
research results,

ideas, developments and applications in all areas of Computer and
Information Sciences.

Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers using our EasyChair
online submission

system at https://www.easychair.org/login.cgi?conf=icics09.

Authors should follow the guidelines posted in the conference website
http://www.icics.info/.

Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed.

Prospective authors are expected to present their paper at the conference,
which will include

a number of special sessions and tutorials. Authors must submit their
proposals including title,

rationale, session outline, and contact information to the conference
secretariat before the

deadline.
