In a CFP, we usually find the policy below:
"Only original papers, neither unpublished nor submitted for publication
elsewhere, can be submitted."
I found someone who submitted his paper to four different conferences
simultaneously, managed by EDAS. I believe he submitted the same paper to
other conferences not managed by EDAS. I would like to know if there is any
way to start proceeding against this author. This IMO should be forbidden
and controlled by one-year ban list at least!
