Papers are invited in the research of emerging network technologies based on modelling and simulations. Research areas such as systems and computing algorithms are

also welcome. Submissions should be made via EDAS website (http://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=7705&track=7245). Only original papers, unpublished nor submitted for publication elsewhere, can be submitted. The

proceedings of the workshop will be indexed in IEEE Xplore digital library.
