Submission Instructions:
The papers should be prepared in IEEE proceeding format and submitted as a PDF
file through EDAS system (http://edas.info/). Please remember to select ICUMT
conference and track IWON2009 / ICUMT-Workshop-45.
Paper submissions should not exceed 6 pages. For more information please refer
