This is the 9th edition of IEEE ComSoc Malaysia conference on Communications, held every odd numbered years,

since 1993.  This year it will be held in the vibrant capital city of Kuala Lumpur, a city which epitomises

the popular catch phrase, "Malaysia Truly Asia", a salad bowl of sorts, where communities of varying origins

live together in true harmony, embodying the variety of culture that is Asia.

You are cordially invited to submit full papers describing works in broad areas of communications, including

wireless, mobile optical communications, the Internet,and Information Theory applications to

Communications.  Papers describing works in industry and government are also invited.

Tutorial proposals are also invited which should run for a full day, a day prior to the conference proper.
