* Submission due: July 6, 2009
* Decision due: August 10, 2009
* Camera-ready due: August 31, 2009

Submission Guidelines:
The submissions must conform to IEEE conference proceedings style and
should not exceed 5 pages including all text, appendices, and figures.
Each paper should clearly identify the contribution to the workshop
topics in terms of new ideas, results and lessons learned. Papers must
be submittted through the web submission system (EasyChair). See the
