	WISA 2009 The 10th International Workshop on Information Security Applications http://www.wisa.or.kr Haeundae Grand Hotel, Busan, Korea August 25-27, 2009    The 10th International Workshop on Information Security Applications (WISA 2009) will be held in Busan, Korea on August 25-27, 2009. It is hosted by the Korea Institute of Information Security and Cryptology (KIISC), supported by the Electronics & Telecommunications Research Institute(ETRI) and the Korea Information Security Agency(KISA), and sponsored by the Ministry of Public Administration and Security(MoPAS), the Korea Communications Commission(KCC), and the Ministry of Knowledge and Economy(MKE). The focus of this workshop is on all technical and practical aspects of cryptographic and non-cryptographic security applications. A limited number of papers will be selected for presentation in this track through a thorough review by program committee members. ·  Short abstract track: Papers presented in this track will appear in the workshop pre-proceedings. Papers valuable but not included in the Full paper track due to the space/time limitation will be selected for presentation in this track. The submission must be anonymous, with no author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or obvious references. The paper should be prepared according to the "Authors Instruction for LNCS" (http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html) and limited to at most 15 pages in total. Papers must be submitted electronically. A detailed description of the electronic submission procedure is available at http://www.wisa.or.kr. Submissions must conform to this procedure and be received by June 14, 2009, 23:59 UTC to be considered. Late submissions and non-electronic submissions will not be considered.
