The 12th International Conference on Advanced Communication Technology
(ICACT2010) will be held on 7-10 February 2010, in Phoenix Park, Gangwon-Do,
Republic of Korea.
ICACT is an IEEE-sponsored annual conference providing an open forum for
researchers, engineers, policy makers, network planners, and service
providers in telecommunications. Extensive exchange of information will be
provided on newly emerging systems, standards, regulations, services, and
variety of applications in the area of telecommunications.
*ICACT2010 is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society
and the IEEE Daejeon Section in cooperation with the IEEE Region 10. ** *
*The papers, after being reviewed and accepted by ICACT referees, will be
published in the Conference Proceedings to be included in the IEEE
Conference Publication Program and abstracted in the INSPEC database. The
papers have been indexed by IEEE Xplore, Engineering Information(EI), and
Index to Scientific & Technical Proceedings(ISTP) since the year of 2004. *

*Authors are invited to submit a full paper (6 pages) or an above 2000-word
(4 pages or more) extended summary describing an original work to ICACT2010
website. All the manuscripts must be written in English and should be
prepared in given style by ICACT bureau. All submitted full papers or
extended summaries will be reviewed by the technical program committee. For
the review, all the papers in PDF should be submitted to the ICACT2010
conference website

After you win the acceptance notification, you have to prepare the final
camera-ready manuscript of maximum six(6) IEEE double-column formatted
