Please find below the call for papers of the Hindawi International Journal of Navigation and Observation (IJNO)), special issue on Integrating Radio Positioning and Communications: New Synergies.
You are very much invited to submit your full paper until the 15th of November 2009.
Topics of interest will include, but are not limited to:
* Hybrid positioning using both wireless communications and global satellite navigation systems
* Resource management with positioning information
* Location-aware PHY/MAC algorithms/procedures
* Indoor positioning combined with short-range communications
* Signal processing techniques for (seamless) indoor/outdoor localization
* Cognitive and context aware mobile radio system
* Cooperative positioning
* Fingerprinting and positioning algorithms
Before submission authors should carefully read over the journal's Author Guidelines, which are located at http://www.hindawi.com/journals/ijno/guidelines.html.
