Dear friends,

I am writing to let you know that IEEE GLOBECOM 2010 opens all tutorial sessions to the conference attendees FREE of charge, thus we expect to see large audience volume in GC10 tutorial sessions.

If you are interested to deliver a 3.5-hour Tutorial or 1.5-hour Featured Talk to the GC10 attendees, please consider to send us a proposal by Dec. 15, 2009. More details of the Call for Tutorial Proposals can be found at
