See the BoG policy which states that "Any member of the exploder list
can post, but if they violate the guidelines they may be denied further
posting privileges at the discretion of the TC chair or VP-TA."

As TC chair, I made the decision. It was based primarily on his
continuing allegations with legal implications.

Virgilio's subscription will be reconsidered when there is sufficient
indication that his future posts will not be destructive to this list,
e.g., by private correspondence.
