[Tccc] Call for Contribution to TCSC Newsletter

The purpose of the TCSC Newsletter is to complement TCSC weekly digest and
to provide a more detailed and dated information on network-based scalable
computing systems, especially clusters, grids, and clouds; and their
applications in a timely manner. Also, we will accept short articles written
by TCSC members. The plan is to initially "publish" two issues a year. For
the 2006 year, the two issues will be "published" on-line in April and
November month.

Specific topics of interest include cluster, grid, and cloud interconnection
networks, middleware, single-system image, resource and scheduling
management policies, distributed programming environments, principles of
scalable and reliable software engineering, and high-performance and
high-availability computing applications.

The editor is soliciting items pertaining to Scalable Computing,
particularly in Cluster Computing, Grid Computing, Cloud Computing, and
Supercomputing Applications areas, for the following categories:

* Announcements about TCSC Activities and Achievements
* Conference Announcements
* Call for Papers - Conferences
* Call for Papers - Journals
* Journal Announcements
* Special Issues on Cluster Computing, Grid Computing, and
Supercomputing Applications in Journals
* Workshops
* Tutorials
* Book Announcements
* Project Announcements, e. g., Formation of New Research Group
* Product Announcements (all stakeholders including Industry
Participants)
* New Web Sites on Scalable Computing
* Short Articles

The plan is to initially "publish" two issues a year. For the 2009 year,
the two issues will be "published" on-line in May and November month.
