WORKSHOPS / TUTORIALS SUBMISSION
Proposals for workshops/tutorials on broadband communications, networks,
and systems and related topics are solicited. Workshop/tutorial
proposals should consist of:

1) title of the workshop/tutorial and tentative organizing committee,
2) description and scope of the workshop/tutorial topic,
3) justification of why the proposed topic is interesting and timely,
4) intended format of the workshop and duration (e.g., half day or full
day),
5) description of potential audience, and
6) previous relevant workshops/tutorials experience, etc.

Proposal should be single column format with times roman 11 point font
and should not exceed 8 pages. Please send the proposal to
workshop/tutorial chair (saradhi.chava@create-net.org) and general chairs
(bouras@cti.gr and itom@ait.edu.gr) no later than 19th February 2010.

PAPER SUBMISSION:

Authors are invited to submit full papers only in PDF format of up to
8 pages in two-column, no less than 10pt font, conference proceedings
format. For paper formatting instructions and instructions on how to
submit a paper to BROADNETS 2010, please visit: http://broadnets.org/2010/

Authors of accepted papers are required to register at regular
registration rates in order for the paper to appear in the conference
proceedings. At least one of the authors is also required to attend and
present the paper. Only in special circumstances, permission may be
obtained from the TPC chairs for substituting with a non-author speaker.
Such permissions must be requested at least FOUR WEEKS before the first
day of the conference. If a paper is not presented at the conference,
then it will be deleted from the proceedings and will not be archived in
the Springer digital library.
