+----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+
ACM SIGMOBILE MobiCom + MobiHoc 2010
Chicago, Illinois, USA
Tentatively planned for September/October 2010

Important Dates
-------------------
Proposal submission deadline: Feb 19th, 2010
Notification of acceptance: Feb 26th, 2010
+-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+

ACM MobiCom and MobiHoc are the premier international
conferences dedicated to addressing challenges emerging from
mobile, wireless and ad hoc networking and computing.
Following 2007, MobiCom and MobiHoc will be jointly held
again in 2010. The two conferences will run in parallel,
and will have many joint plenary sessions (such as the
keynote, panels, and welcoming reception).

ACM MobiCom/MobiHoc 2010 will hold multiple one or half day
workshops on Monday or Friday of the conference week in
Chicago, IL, co-located with the main conferences.

We invite you to submit workshop proposals on any topic
related to mobile communications and wireless networking
before February 19, 2010 to the Workshop Chairs. The ideal
workshop proposal should focus on a specific area, be of
current interest, and be able to attract a number of
high-quality submissions. Proposals on emerging topics
guaranteed to generate significant interest in the community
will be selected. MobiCom/MobiHoc 2010 will have some
returning and some new workshops.

A workshop proposal should be no more than 3 pages,
containing at least:

* A draft call for papers (as complete as possible)
* The workshop deadlines (internal and external)
* Names and affiliations of main organizers and tentative
composition of the committees
* Motivation and rationale for the workshop
* Expected number of submissions and participants
* Prior history of this workshop, if any
(including # submissions, # accepted papers and # attendees)

We need this information no matter whether or not these
workshops would be held in conjunction with MobiCom or
MobiHoc. If the workshop was co-located with another
conference, please include details and a brief description
why MobiCom/MobiHoc is more appropriate.

Email proposals in PDF (ONLY) to both workshop chairs,
including "MobiCom/MobiHoc 2010 Workshops" in the subject
line.

Important workshop dates:
------------------------
Workshop proposals due 5PM EST, Friday Feb 19, 2010
Notification of Acceptance Friday Feb 26, 2010
Workshop Final Call for Papers due Friday Mar 5, 2010

We look forward to your submissions,

Workshop Co-Chairs
Xiaoming Fu, University of Goettingen, Germany (fu@cs.uni-goettingen.de)
Cedric Westphal, DoCoMo Labs, USA (cwestphal@docomolabs-usa.com)
