Scope ===================<
The advances in wireless technologies and mobil enabled
the realization of a wide range of wireless netw opportunities.
The coexistence of wireless heterogeneous network recognized, and it has become more and more common th devices get equipped with multiple and heterogeneous wire interfaces.
Furthermore, the recent advances in software-defined a radio
technologies promise even more diversity and heterog brings
about a lot of opportunities and challenges for mob networking.

With the emerging wirel meaning than just node move means that when the operation frequency
and power), a node or the net changes,
which requires the cognitive critical
importance that seamless, lo provided to the users, via poten wireless
technologies or opportunistic sp course of node movement or environmen cognizance,
spectrum-aware mobility management critical
components in the solution space network
mobility also affects the perform significantly,
while at the same time allows heterogeneous
networks, which in turn design issue.
