The 12th IEEE International Conference on Communication Systems (ICCS
2010) will be held in Singapore from 17 to 20 Nov 2010. This year, ICCS
2010 is co-organized by the IEEE Singapore Communications Chapter, the
IEEE Singapore Vehicular Technology Chapter, the IEEE Singapore Section,
and the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), with the participation of
academics and researchers from the National University of Singapore
(NUS).
You are invited to submit papers and propose tutorials and workshops

Paper Submission
Authors are invited to submit full papers in PDF format. Detailed

Tutorial Proposal
The proposal should include the title and clear explanation of the
content of the proposed tutorial. Please include in the proposal (1)
Proposer's name, (2) Title of tutorial and detailed outline, (3)
Biography of proposer, and (4) Full contact information: mailing
address, telephone and fax numbers, and email address. Please send the
proposal to the Tutorial Chair at eleama@nus.edu.sg.
Workshop Proposal
The proposal should include the title and brief description of the
proposed workshop. Please include in the proposal (1) Full organizer's
name, (2) Short biography of proposed workshop organizer, (3) Full
contact information: mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, and
email address, and (4) Potential authors that could contribute to the
session. Please send your proposal to the Workshop Chair at
eleama@nus.edu.sg.
