[Tccc] Nineteenth Annual Consortium for Computing Sciences in Colleges: Rocky Mountain Conference- Call for Papers

*Nineteenth Annual Consortium for Computing Sciences in Colleges:* *Rocky
Mountain Conference in cooperation with ACM SIGCSE*

October 15-16, 2010

Fort Collins, CO

Front Range Community College

Paper, panel, tutorial and workshop contributions are solicited on all
topics in Computing. Suggestions for panels, tutorials, and workshops are
encouraged. The Consortium for Computing Sciences in Colleges: Rocky
Mountain Conference is designed to promote exchange of information among
college faculty concerned with teaching of computer science and computer
information systems at the undergraduate level, including community
colleges. Because faculty at small colleges often have restricted travel
budgets, the scheduling of the conference is done with consideration toward
minimizing costs.

*About CCSC*
The Consortium for Computing Sciences in Colleges is a non-profit
organization focused on promoting quali-ty computer-oriented curricula as
well as effective use of computing in smaller institutions of higher
learning which are typically non-research in orientation. It supports
activities which assist faculty in making appropriate judgments concerning
computing resources and educational applications of computer technology.
Because departments in smaller colleges and universities are usually small
and not highly specialized, the Consortium also encourages the sharing of
expertise, effective curricula and efficient technological applications. The
Consortium is concerned with the advancement of major programs in both
Computer Science and Computer Information Systems, and with the use of
computers in the Liberal Arts and Sciences.

*Student Research*
We encourage students to submit papers, workshops or tutorial projects.
Projects in any area of computing are accepted.

*Student Papers and Awards*
Awards will be presented to the undergraduate students whose papers are
selected as the top two papers.
Only abstracts of student papers will be published. Please contact Dr. Terry
