[Tccc] PhD Position at University of Cantabria, Spain

The Network Planning & Mobile Communications
Laboratory is seeking candidates for a 4-year
position to carry out the PhD in the topic of cognitive networking.

We are looking for candidates holding a MSc
degree in Computer Science, or Electrical
Engineering, with solid knowledge on networking
protocols and good programming (C/C++) skills.
Fluent English is another requirement.

The duration is 4 years and the expected start is around October, 2010.
