Dear all,

The TCCC Outstanding Service Award is bestowed upon a person
in recognition of service rendered to the computer
communications community over a long period of time.

Recipients of the award are selected on an annual basis by an
awards committee. The committee for this year comprises Xiaoming Fu,
Roch Guerin, and Bulent Yener.

Please email your nominations to Xiaoming Fu (

<mailto:fu@cs.uni-goettingen.de>) and he will share them with the
selection committee. Please email them by February 22nd, 2010. There is
no specific nomination form: just send the name of the individual you
would like to nominate, a brief biography (or URL pointing to a bio/CV),
and, most importantly, a brief description of the individual's service
to the computer communication community. Self nominations are accepted.
