At the request of the ComSoc VP of Tech Activities, TCCC is seeking
volunteers to act as "TC Liaison" to the ComSoc Standards Board.

Please respond to the TCCC Officers <tccc_officers@comsoc.org> ASAP if
you are interested in this position.

TC Liaison person to ComSoc Standards Board responsibilities:

1. Provide update information to the TC membership regarding ComSoc
Standards Board activities

2. Handle TC's endorsement of new standardization projects

3. Provide technical information and project progress updates for TC
membership about relevant standards projects in ComSoc and within IEEE

4. If a TC has one or more active standards sponsoring sub-committees,
facilitate coordinating function between these committees and ComSoc
Standards Board

5. Coordinate TC's support of active standards projects (expert teams,
technical support of ComSoc Standards Board and IEEE-SA)

6. Seek out standardization opportunities within the technical scope of
the TC
