An update on this issue:

- this meeting has applied for IEEE Computer Society sponsorship, but
that application has not yet been decided
- the meeting organizers are being asked to remove the IEEE
logo and IEEE name from their site and CFPs until sponsorship
has been granted

- the Communications Society TCCC has not endorsed this meeting, and has
no pending request for such

- the Computer Society TCCC has not endorsed this meeting, and has no
pending request for such

To all those posting CFPs, please ensure that if you use the IEEE name
and/or logo, or claim TC involvement, that IEEE sponsorship or
endorsement been *granted* in advance of your post.
