SWAN 2010 is focused on the security and privacy issues in various wireless
networks. This workshop aims to bring together researchers from all related
communities with the goal of promoting the discussions and collaborations.
We are interested in novel research on all aspects of security in wireless
networking domain, which encompasses WMAN (Metropolitan Area), WLANs (Local
Area), Cellular, Vehicular, Ad Hoc, Satellite, Underwater, Cognitive, Sensor
Networks, and RFIDs.


This workshop is specifically interested in, but not limited to, the
following research topics:
- Computation-efficient or energy-efficient security primitive
- Cross-layer design for security
- Denial of services
- Distributed user access control
- Identity anonymity
- Intrusion detection
- Jamming/Anti-jamming communication
- Key revocation solutions
- Location anonymity
- Malware in mobile networks
- Mobile systems (OS and application) security
- Privacy preserving
- Rogue device/service detection
- Secret key establishment in wireless/mobile environments
- Secure protocols in all networking layers
- Security and Performance tradeoff
- Trust establishment


Submission instructions:
- Authors are required to submit their papers in the Springer LNCS Format
with at least 10 point font and no more than 8 pages. All submissions should
be in the PDF format. Submit your paper electronically via EasyChair System
