The School of Computer Science and Information Technology of RMIT
invites applications for a postdoctoral position in the area of
Distributed Systems, Security and Privacy.
Reporting to the Head of Distributed Systems and Networking, your
responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
● Conducting research in the area of distributed computing,
networking, security and privacy;
● Cooperating with research partners
● Assisting project team members and research students of related
projects with research and technical issues;
● Participation in conferences, seminars and other activities of
the research group; and
● A range of teaching and academic duties, including the lecturing
of advanced undergraduate and master level courses.
As the successful candidate, you will hold a PhD in Computer Science or
a similar discipline. A research background evidenced by publications is
desirable. A demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team, coupled
with exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills will
also ensure your success in this role.
