[Tccc] Research internship positions at Huawei Research Labs in silicon valley

Huawei Research Labs - USA located in the Silicon Valley is looking for
candidates
for multiple internship positions in the area of high-performance network
and/or storage
systems. The Labs have been established to participate in the Silicon Valley
ecosystem
and pursuing a wide range of experimental systems research projects. The
Labs adopt
an open innovation model, have close collaborations with top-notch
institutions in the
US, and offer an unprecedented combination of industrial and academic
research, with
unprecedented opportunities to have direct impacts on the next-generation
telecommunications
infrastructures and information technologies.

We are looking for self-driven and motivated graduate students who are
passionate
on conducting leading-edge research. Applicants should have strong
background in
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other
related fields.
Applicants are expected to have expertise including but not limited to
high-performance
network I/O processing, high-performance storage, network routing protocol,
and/or
application-layer protocols. Research or development experiences with
multi-core,
Linux operating system kernel and file systems is a big plus. Applicants
with strong
programming skills, practical and problem-solving skills, and a passion to
create new
and innovative solutions are highly preferred.
