Hi, all,

The ComSoc president has created an ad hoc committee to lead and
coordinate the ComSoc's efforts in Smart Grids as follows:

"Smart Grid Communications"
chair: Stefano Galli

All ComSoc TCs have been invited to appoint representatives to this
committee.

Because this committee is in our TC scope (among others), I invite those
interested to volunteer to participate as our representative. We are
particularly seeking someone who is committed to the Smart Grid effort,
and especially who intends to be (or already is) actively involved in
this effort, e.g., in IEEE, ACM, or IETF efforts in this area.
