It was raised on slide 22 of the presentation. There's not much we can
do other than suggest it to the steering committees of various
conferences. Ultimately, this is an issue of cost vs. benefit, and will
be decided on a case-by-case basis. We certainly intend to encourage
experimental support for remote participation where feasible.
