CALL FOR PAPERS
With the spread of information technology, broadband network and multimedia technology has gained a rapid development. Its spreading application goes with the great demands of the economic globalization. Thus the 3rd IEEE International Conference on Broadband Network& Multimedia Technology (3rd IEEE IC-BNMT 2010) will be held in Beijing, China on Oct. 26-28 2010.
The Internet is one of the most successful technology achievements. And TCP/IP technology is widely regarded as the convergence platform for communication infrastructures and services. To date, many network researchers have focused on solutions that improve Internet by proposing new architectures and services. This year, the Organizing Committee has selected "Challenges for Future Network Architecture and Services" as the theme of IC-BNMT2010.
This conference will also focus on current situation, prospect, theory and application of modern broadband network and multimedia technology and implement deep discussions on Broadband Network, Multimedia Technology, Wireless communications and networking, Peer to Peer, Optical Network and System, Content Security and Rights Management, etc. This conference aims to bring together researchers, engineers and practitioners interested in the advances and business applications of related fields and to provide a forum for their deep communication.
It is the IEEE policy that accepted papers can be published only when IEEE recognized that at least one author has registered for presentation. So, authors will be requested to register along with the final manuscript. Our Conference Registration fees include a copy of the Conference proceedings, a copy of the Workshop proceedings, and admission to the Conference/Workshop sessions.

Publication:
We cordially invite you to submit a paper. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance and originality. Papers should be submitted electronically, as PDF or WORD files. Only the full papers received before the deadline will be considered for review. The length of a paper is limited to 5 pages and extra pages will be charged.
Selected best papers will appear in SCI. The paper published in the conference proceedings will be indexed by EI and ISTP and included in the IEEE Xplore.
