8 positions are reserved for category B scholarships (for candidates of
EU, EE-EFTA or non-EU under special conditions see website for detail)
Application must be submitted *on-line* no later than the extended
deadline of May 4, 2010

b) (Up to) three-month scholarships for Visiting scholars (for research
and/or seminars/teaching) within the framework of the Erasmus Mundus
Master on Photonic Networks Engineering (MAPNET), any time in academic
year 2010/11. Available scholar positions are as follows (the number of
positions is provisional):
4 positions for non-EU highly-qualified candidates
1 position for Western Balkan highly-qualified candidates
2 positions for EU highly-qualified candidates
to be spent in any of the 4 institutions participating in the Master
(Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna - Italy, Osaka University - Japan, Aston
University - UK,
Technical University of Berlin - Germany)
