[Tccc] Correction on conference numbers
It was kindly pointed out that my numbers for the ComSoc flagship conferences were out of date: ICC and GlobeCom are now getting a little over 3000 papers and INFOCOM 2011 received 1760 papers. (Acceptance rates for the former two are around 35%.)
