send posts TO our list, not BCC'd, not CC'd,
and not CC'd to other lists
2) please do NOT repeat your posts multiple times
we got it the first time, or we ignored it
either way, repetition isn't helping ;-)
This list welcomes posts for meetings **whose _primary_ focus is
computer networks and computer communications**. Meetings where this is
peripheral should be posted in an appropriate venue elsewhere.
