LATINCOM is an international conference organized by the IEEE ComSoc Latin
America region. After the great success of its first edition congregating
participants from over 20 countries, the second edition will be have as
main topic "GREEN TECHNOLOGIES FOR A BETTER WORLD".

ACCEPTED PAPERS WILL BE UPLOADED ONTO IEEE XPLORER.

CALL FOR TUTORIALS PROPOSALS

IEEE LATINCOM2010 invites submission of tutorial proposals between 4 and 8
hours (half-day and full-day tutorials). The proposals will be evaluated
based on the importance, timeliness, and conference coverage of the topic,
and track record of the instructor.

Required information in the proposal (up to 3 pages): Title and abstract,
detailed outline of topics, preferred length, full contact information of
speaker(s), biography of speaker(s), and history of the tutorial
presentation. Proposals should be sent to: latincom@ieee.org.co . The
dates for submission and acceptance are the same used for papers above.
