[Tccc] IWQoS 2010 update: keynote speakers etc

Dear all,

We're pleased to announce that *Prof. Erol Gelenbe* of the Imperial
College, UK and *Prof. Henning Schulzrinne* of Columbia University, USA
will be the keynote speakers at the 18th IEEE IWQoS to be held in
Beijing, China between June 16-18, 2010. For more information, please

Please mark your calendar and we hope to see you at IWQoS'10.

This year, we have received a large number of submissions (133), and we
expect to accept 25% of the submitted papers as regular papers and an
additional 8-10% as short papers. The papers will be presented in single
track to promote better interaction and networking between the
attendees. The final technical program will be available in late March
and please check our website for updates including registration information.
