The Conference will be held in autumn, the best season of Beijing, with
the objectives of in-depth study on the cutting edge technologies and hot
topics in the areas of network convergence, Internet of Things, digital
content and broadband network. This conference will provide a high-quality
forum for researchers and practitioners to present their latest
theoretical and practical work. The theme of this conference is Network
Convergence and Internet of Things. All accepted papers are indexed by
ISTP and EI.

The conference is co-sponsored/co-organized by IEEE Beijing Section, China
Natural Science Foundation, Beijing University of Posts and
Telecommunications (BUPT), Tohoku University, Hanyang University (HYU),
Norwegian University of Science and Technology(NTNU), and The Chinese
University of Hong Kong.

Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers in,
but not limited to, the following areas:

* Network Convergence
* Internet of Things (IoT)
* Digital Content Technology
* Broadband Network

All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length
of five (5) printed pages (10-point font) including figures without
incurring additional page charges (maximum 1 additional page with
overlength page charge if accepted). Standard IEEE Transactions templates
for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats can be found at:

Only PDF files are acceptable for the review process and all submissions
must be done through http://conference.bupt.edu.cn/ic-nidc2010/
