After the success of the first International Workshop on Cognitive
Wireless Cloud Networks 2009 (CogCloud'09), second CogCloud
(CogCloud'10) will be held in conjunction with PIMRC'10, 26 September
2010, Istanbul, Turkey. The objective of this full day workshop is to
bring researchers together to share the current status of cognitive
wireless networks and to discuss the future possible extensions and
applications, especially in cloud computing and ubiquitous networking.

The workshop is open to submissions and possible topics are:
- Research results and future perspectives of cognitive wireless networks
- Current status of R&D projects regarding cognitive wireless networks
- Prospect of cognitive wireless networks from major operator's viewpoint
- Standardization activities on cognitive wireless networks (IEEE1900,
ETSIRRS, IEEE 802)

Please note:
- Papers presented at all PIMRC¡¯10 workshops will be on one CD, which
will be separate from the main conference proceedings CD.
- All workshop papers will be indexed in IEEExplore.
- At least one author must register for the FULL conference rate (same
rule as the main conference)
- There will be a 50% discount on the workshop registration if
accompanied by a full conference registration. The registration fee per
workshop is 125 Euros if accompanied by a full conference registration
and 250 Euros if the participant chooses to register only for the workshop.

- Acceptance Notification: 17 May 2010
- Final Camera Ready Copy: 18 June 2010
- Workshop: 26 September 2010
