        We have the real pleasure to invite you to submit a paper to the  International Conference on Multimedia Computing and Systems (ICMCS'09) which is taking place in the Moroccan "Hollywood" : the city of  Ouarzazate in April 2-4, 2009.

        ICMCS'09 is an IEEE technically co-sponsored conference. We are planning to have the papers published in this conference's proceedings to be published in the IEEE Digital Library and to publish two special issues of international journals out of selected papers from those presented in it.

        We would also be very grateful to you for helping to diffuse the CFP of this conference through any mailing lists you have of people who might be interested in the topics it covers (see CFP below this e-mail).

Call For Papers

ICMCS'09 is organized with the objective of bringing together researchers, developers, and practitioners from academia and industry working in all facets of multimedia, content authoring, processor technology, and systems design. The conference serves as a forum for the dissemination of state-of-the-art research, development, and implementations of multimedia systems, technologies, and applications.

A key objective of ICMCS'2009 is to create a program that achieves a balance between theory and practice, academia and industry, systems/tools-oriented research and content creation.
