Systems (UKIWCWS 2009) will be held at IIT Delhi from Dec 11 to Dec 12, 2009.
I urge you to consider submission of papers to this workshop. A call for
papers is enclosed. The aim of the workshop is to bring together people
working on this topic in India, UK, and other countries. It is partly
funded by UKIERI and DST besides IEEE.
