Call for Papers

The Twenty-Fifth Biennial Symposium on Communications will be held in historic Kingston, Ontario, Canada, May 12-14, 2010, with a welcoming reception on the evening of May 11, 2010.

Original papers are encouraged in all areas related to communications systems and networks. Published papers will be searchable online through IEEE Explore. Paper submission and reviews will be conducted through the EDAS system. Topics include, but are not limited to:

Moderately priced accommodations are available at the Queenís residences. Plenary talks at the Symposium and social events in the Kingston area are regular features of the Symposium.
