You said it right, Prof. Gunnar. IEEE is fair and transparent in
comparison to many other organizations. However, there is still scope
for improvement at IEEE. Note that at least IEEE permits criticism on
its resources such as this email list.

I believe that by improving IEEE and ComSoc, other organizations will
also follow on the lines of fairness and transparency.
