Hi, all,
I regret to inform you all that Virgilio Rogriguez has been unsubscribed
from the TCCC list. His posts have far exceeded the boundaries set by
the IEEE for appropriate conduct, due to his making accusations with
legal implications and his disrespectful tone, and for continuing this
behavior despite repeated warnings.
I urge all members of this list to continue discussion in a respectful
manner, and sincerely appreciate the vast majority of you who have
already been doing so.
We will continue to look into the issues he and others have raised on
the list. Constructive suggestions on how to proceed are especially welcome.
