Re: [Tccc] A constructive suggestion

I agree with Petri that many will not check Wiki.

One solution is to have an email alert system that sends an email with
changes in the Wiki so that others who will not check WiKi will get
information.

If we need participation from a larger population of members, we
should include emails in some form.
