I presume you are all aware of the per-paper cost for EDAS, which is
$6/paper.
Compare the number of papers, e.g., at Infocom (250-300) vs. the number
of attendees, and the number of papers submitted vs. accepted (4:1).
That means that each attendee is paying $12 for paper processing.
It might be useful to find out where the big dollars are before we get
into the little issues like this. As I said, I'm working on this...
