[Tccc] regarding posts about IEEE, legal, and other issues

Hi, all,

One final point -

We TCCC members enjoy membership in this list for free. There is
*currently* no membership fee to be in the TCCC, nor any requirement
that TCCC members also be Comsoc or even IEEE members.

(as a plug, we sincerely appreciate the support of Columbia University
in hosting this list)

Further, this list supports the IEEE TCCC, and is thus an IEEE resource.
We need to follow IEEE guidelines.

That includes:

- please don't make any legal assertions on this list,
*especially* about the IEEE

such discussions, or "freedom of speech", should be
moved to a non-IEEE forum

- please try to be constructive in your posts

complaining is easy, but change comes about by constructive
action
